Refund & Exchange Policy

Your happiness is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt or order number. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be unused and in the original condition and must be in the original packaging. Shipping costs aren't refundable. 

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift Cards
  • Items on sale

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days from the date the return is received. Merchandise credits will be issued with an electronic gift card. Simply contact us and we'll get the process started.

Shipping a Return

Please contact us to make arrangements for returning your item. We will provide you shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us.


If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we'll email a gift certificate to you that you can use in our online store.
